i dont like it i didn't get a 15 day trail like it said . instead i accidently hit the generate button too many time which panned out to be 5 times and then it was over and i was left unsatisfied yuk.

PMP: Pretty Much Perfect. Does exactly what you want it to do, nothing more, nothing less. Easy to use, easy to configure. If you could set it up to work as an add-in, say to Excel, so it could be accessed directly from within those programs, it would be more than perfect.

Only suggestion would be if multiple passwords could be generated with one click. My password lists are sometimes over 600, so that's 600+ clicks to generate.
Just a suggestion. Great product otherwise.

didn`t use, but looking for...
I installed it, tried it, then uninstalled it fairly quickly - your Free Random Password Generator did not meet my needs, it's no reflection on your product. What I'm looking for is a tool that will provide the same characters with a minimum number of upper- & lowercase, numbers, and symbols each time the same 3 characters are entered into the generator.
If your company has such a tool or know of one, I'd greatly appreciate you pointing me in that direction. Thank you,

Hi,
I found it to be very good however I wish it would have less complicated characters. If it could use prounouncable words as its giving a problem with people forgetting the too complicated passwords.

necessary tool
It seems a good one if you have to use Windows and cannot have the use of Linux/Unix utilities. I like the feature that it can generate a password by listening for a shortcut, which, by the way, can be modified, and it copies it on the clipboard. This is a tool that you do not use every day, so I don't see the point in starting it, every time Windows starts, but as this feature can be turned off, I guess it's OK. If it also stored your passwords, this feature might come extremely useful though, even if not the safest with careless users who don't know that this feature is to be used with Dummy passwords only (file downloads and other paranoiac purposes). What is missing: It can only give you alphanumeric characters, so if you want your password safer, you have to insert manually other characters (e.g. ,.~@*-=) if they are accepted by the application for which you need a password. Once I saw the utility in an old Linux mkpasswd version with the two-hand mode option, which generates passwords more difficult to read by looking at someone typing it by alternating the characters between the right and left hands. That would be a neat feature. It would also be a safety increasing measure if the user could determine min-max how many numbers/letters/extra chars can appear in the generated string.
